A Fresh New Approach
The owners of Birchwood Shopping Centre, Redefine International plc have drawn up plans to redevelop the eastern end of the centre to provide a new anchor store alongside circa 20 further shop units ranging from kiosks to LSUs. The extension, providing around 75,000 sq ft of redeveloped and new retail space, will significantly enhance Birchwood’s retail offer.
